Pattern cut and shaped with hot knife with some kaolin clay embellishments. Sealed with kaolin clay and paint. Trim was added by carpentry to match the existing profile on set.

Sampling how to protect and section foam molding to prevent puckering of seams when it needs to travel to the theatre from a production facility. I found that wrapping two lengths of foam molding in muslin and cutting a new seam line with a hand saw was the must successful.
